Your Data Rights
Regardless of where you live in our service areas, we recognize the following rights regarding your personal information:
Right to Access
You may request a copy of the data we hold about you.
Right to Correction
You may request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
Right to Deletion and Account Deactivation
You may request the deletion or deactivation of your account and records. Please note that this right is not absolute and is strictly governed by statutory retention obligations and legal defense requirements. We retain customer profiles, service records, communication logs, transactional records, and database and analytics records to:
- Comply with statutory tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.
- Preserve necessary evidence to establish, exercise, or defend against claims, property damage disputes, contractor litigation, subpoenas, official investigations and other legality issues.
- Protect against fraud and maintain operational audit trails.
When a deletion request is submitted for an account, we will deactivate the account, remove the contact details from future marketing communications, and retain or process remaining operational data as deemed necessary for legal hold, regulatory compliance, dispute resolution, operational defense and legality purposes.
How to Request Data Deletion
To request the deletion or restriction of your personal data or Facebook/Instagram interaction data:
- Send an email to support@c2f.cleaning with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
- Provide your name, contact email, and the service address or Facebook/Instagram identifier associated with your account.
- We will review your request, apply appropriate processing restrictions and deactivations within 30 days, and confirm the status via return email.
Archival and Backup Exemption
System backups and disaster recovery records are stored in secure, immutable, or encrypted cold storage (such as Cloudflare R2, AWS, Azure, or optical media). Because deleting individual records from these collective archives is not technically feasible without compromising dataset integrity, data residing in backups is placed permanently beyond operational use and will only ever be restored in the event of emergency system recovery or judicial mandate.
Right to Portability
You may request your data in a structured, commonly used format.
Right to Withdraw Consent
If you previously agreed to optional cookies, you can change your mind at any time by clearing the cookies from your browser or by using the "Cookie Preferences" controls on our site where available.

If you have questions, concerns, or wish to resolve an issue regarding our handling of your personal information, please contact us directly at support@c2f.cleaning. If an issue cannot be resolved through direct communication, you maintain the right to contact the appropriate regulatory authority within your jurisdiction:
